PONY is a proud Artsmark Partner Organisation (an endorsed network of arts and cultural organisations) that can support schools in their commitment to embed arts and culture across the curriculum and within a school. Artsmark is the creative quality standard for schools and education settings, awarded by Arts Council England, recognising their commitment to high quality arts and cultural education.

It’s essential that all children have the opportunity to engage with and enjoy arts and culture from an early age. Research findings are unequivocal that embedding arts and culture into children’s lives develops creativity, new ways of thinking and imaginations which enrich childhoods and inspire future careers. With considerable experience collaborating with ESFA and DfE on projects, we welcome the opportunity to work with schools and academies on the development of initiatives and projects to support curriculum, play, skills development or particular needs for children who learn differently from their peers.

We are committed to generating opportunities for artists to engage with communities, especially young audiences, and are proud to be supporting schools and education settings across the country on their Artsmark journey; inspiring children and young people to learn, create, experience and participate in great arts and culture.

We offer education settings who are working towards, or currently hold an Artsmark Award, with a variety of bespoke opportunities. We understand the requirements and process of the Artsmark Award and develop projects that enhance your provision.

When we’re exposed to remarkable artworks or have the opportunity to participate and create, individual growth and development is accelerated, and health and wellbeing improves.
